Her 25 year career has taken her around the world including roles in Sweden and throughout  Latin America and speaking on stages globally for thousands including Gambia, London and Belgium. With a top security clearance,  she works as a program manager and consultant with the following certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional), CSM (Certified Scrum Master) and ICF (International Coaching Federation). Her professional experience ranges from federal agencies, presidential campaigns, technology and startups.  

 

As an Amazon best-selling author, speaker and trainer, Me’chelle’s keynotes and trainings specialize in the art of strategic leadership, professional development, career advancement, networking and presentation skills. She put her own strategies to use leading to meetings with global leaders and CEOs including Facebook founder Mark Zuckerburg and serving as North Carolina’s HBCU Outreach Director for the 2020 Presidential Campaign.
